Getting start with Oxfam
"My first day was the staff monthly meeting at Oxfam, I recognized that working with Oxfam was very different from my previous working experiences. I have been working with many new challenges allowing me to be part of program quality improvement to support country and multi-country programs/projects. Here, I have chance to learn, work and support various different projects/programs and donors requirements to promote and strengthen system of monitoring, evaluation, learning and social accountability. More importantly, I am very appreciate with my contribution to promotion of gender justice and influencing through Oxfam."
