Sok Khim, national Cambodian, has been workig with Oxfam more than 15 years. He has strong commitment with Oxfam as he shared personal value and Oxfam Value to ending injustice, poverty, and suffering in the society.
Having gained 20 years development experiences, he has been working in different sectors ranging from disaster management, resilience, climate change, gender, and natural resource management. He gained the experiences team leadership rather than team management. Through the experiences of working with people in different levels on different issues, he believes that if all people from different levels have the genuine commitment to achieve the same result, it is good team works and the issues could be solved easily.
Currently, Khim is leading and coordinate the natural resource governance programme which consists of five projects under it focusing on better governance and responsible investments in the natural resource sector. Khim is leading and supporting his team to be influencer and strategist in the areas of water governance, fishery, forestry, extractive governance, land governance, and responsible and inclusive businesses and investments.
