Saneth Meas earns a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Management, Cambodia. He started his work with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) from 2000 " 2014 as a Program Manager in a local NGOs working on reproductive health, HIV/AIDS and promoting and protecting labor rights for Cambodian and foreign migrant workers in Cambodia and international migrations to work in the region, such as Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Japan, and provided intervention program for victims of human trafficking in the region. He was then a Project Manager for an Italian NGOs working on promoting and protecting children's rights in Cambodia.
He is now a Partnership and Networking Coordinator for Oxfam Mekong Regional Water Governance Program (MRWGP). The role enables him to contribute his experiences and skills to partners in the Mekong region by providing technical supports on partnership and grant management as well as on ensuring the compliance requirements by the back donors. During his service, he has produced some products related to the Disability Inclusion, the Oppressed Technique of Forum Theatre and the Renewable Energy .
