In many parts of Cambodia, whether through lack of resources, limited access to established processes or simply not knowing where to turn for help, vulnerable populations have often struggled to make their voices heard.
Oxfam and its partners engaged with smallholders, the land-poor, women and indigenous people in hundreds of villages to provide information about their rights, as well as strengthen their advocacy
and leadership skills.
Working closely with local communities, Oxfam and partners helped empower rights holders with the skills and knowledge necessary to claim their rights and demand good governance of the land they live on.
